Our Ambassadors threw an awesome party for the Living Enhancement Activities Program! LEAP is a social recreational day program for adults with mental illness seeking community connection and a supportive environment. From fun games to delicious pizza, laughter filled the room as we celebrated together.
Team Spotlight: Crisis Stabilization This team operates a 14-bed mental health residential treatment program focused on providing stability and preventing psychiatric hospitalization. The program offers individual and group therapy, medication management, and a rapid response room. Additionally, the team provides holistic support to clients in crisis through weekly therapeutic art engagement sessions. Guided by a committed team, Crisis Stabilization provides essential support to individuals navigating mental health crises, significantly impacting their journey toward well-being.
Meet our exceptional OhioRISE Care Coordination team! Launched statewide in July 2022, OhioRISE offers specialized care coordination for children with complex behavioral health needs. This team assists youth and their families in navigating various systems, including education, behavioral health, juvenile justice, and child welfare. Through collaborative planning, they empower families to take the lead in their care, considering their strengths, needs, and culture for a better life. Over the past year, our Care Coordinators have positively impacted over 120 youth and families, breaking down barriers and fostering independence, well-being, and happiness in homes and communities.
