For National Welding Month, we’re proud to spotlight Alejandro Bando, a dedicated team member and leader whose journey is a testament to growth at Sabre Industries. Alejandro began his career with Sabre in 2012 as a crane operator. Over the past 12+ years, he’s earned five promotions and is currently a Welding Lead. Alejandro says, "I always try to climb the ladder." When asked what he enjoys most about welding, he shared, "The challenge. When we get the blueprints, I don’t always know the measurements, it’s math. That’s what I enjoy the most." Alejandro takes pride in showing his daughter the utility poles he works on, and outside of work, he’s an artist. He draws character illustrations, a detailed art that he showcases at both public and private events. Thank you, Alejandro, for your commitment, leadership, skill, and the impact you make every day. We’re proud to have you on the Sabre team!
At Sabre Industries, we believe in building more than just infrastructure; we’re building stronger communities. Our teams have been actively supporting community initiatives, local career fairs, school events, and a variety of other efforts across the United States. We’re especially proud to support Mary J. Treglia Community House in providing vital resources to new citizens in the Sioux City area, ABLE Community Based Services, a nonprofit that empowers adults with disabilities through independent living assistance and job support, and local schools where we participate in reading days, support educational programs, and sponsor youth sports teams to help students grow both in and out of the classroom. Thank you to all our employees who represent Sabre with purpose. Your involvement matters and truly makes a difference in connecting America’s communities!
In celebration of National Welding Month this April, we’re proud to spotlight Mohammad, Sabre’s dedicated Weld Coach in Hicksville, Ohio. Mohammad joined Sabre in 2018 as an Equipment Operator and later transitioned to welding, driven by a strong desire to improve his skills and provide for his family. His hard work and determination quickly earned him several well-deserved promotions. "Sabre is like a family to me," Mohammad says. "I love the job I do, and helping new welders. I’m always ready to jump in the bay and give them a hand, whether it’s with a specific weld or just providing one-on-one training." As a bilingual coach, he connects with a wide range of colleagues, offering guidance and support to ensure everyone has the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. His commitment to his craft and his team is evident every day. Thank you, Mohammad, for all that you do. Your dedication to your craft, your team, and your family is truly inspiring. You are an invaluable part of Sabre!
