A little rain couldn’t dampen the excitement as we broke ground on Fairway Village at Rogue Valley Manor! For more than 60 years, we’ve been dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences—and this expansion is a meaningful continuation of that legacy. We were proud to celebrate alongside future residents, team members, our partners at Pacific Retirement Services, senior leadership, and our construction partner, Adroit Construction Co., Inc., as this next chapter begins. Fairway Village will introduce 18 new cottages, a Quail Point Clubhouse, a new Sales & Marketing Office, and a practice putting green—all designed to enhance connection and everyday life in our community. 🧵 Meet our Quilting Group! What began as a resident club where neighbors came together to quilt has grown into one of our most cherished community traditions. Alongside many other generous groups, they craft hundreds of handmade items for organizations like Toys for Tots—over 200 quilt bundles last year alone—as well as Quilts of Valor for veterans, pediatric hospital units, Meals on Wheels, and many other local organizations. We’re so lucky to have this talented and caring group in our community!

Meet our new Sales & Marketing Director, Matthew Browne! 🌟 A longtime member of the Rogue Valley—first arriving in 1999 to study theater at SOU—Matthew brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic experience to our team. From working as an actor at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival to leading marketing at major companies like Lithia Motors and Spartan Group, he’s always followed his passions—and now that passion is helping people plan for the next chapter of their lives. Matthew says this role is the most fulfilling of his career, and he’s excited to bring curiosity, creativity, and energy to every day at Rogue Valley Manor. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him coaching his daughters’ soccer teams, fly-fishing, camping, hiking, or staying involved in local theater projects with his family.
