Each menu pairs two chefs blending their distinct culinary traditions and combining flavors and techniques into new dishes. From British + Korean to Italian + Indian, Japanese + Puerto Rican, and beyond, each partnership delivers a delicious culinary mashup. Look for Kitchen Collective in our workplace cafés.
Congratulations to our outstanding team on the successful opening of a new executive dining floor and grab-and-go market in Midtown Manhattan! This much-anticipated space offers guests a wide selection of freshly prepared hot and cold items for breakfast and lunch, along with an array of beverages and snacks. Additionally, we are pleased to introduce new catering services, with convenient bento box delivery available directly to guests’ floors through our app. Special thanks to General Manager Carlos Medina, Executive Chef Derek Melander, and everyone involved for their exceptional efforts in bringing this exciting new location to life!

Congrats to our on-site and support teams on our newest opening in Jersey City. The spectacular workplace dining program features seven coffee pantries, three grab-and-go markets, and a full café on the 40th floor, featuring La Colombe Coffee and Rishi Tea. Each of its five floors includes conference spaces equipped for catering, and the entire facility meets WELL v2 nourishment standards. Thank you to everyone who made this opening a success!
