Meet Monarch Scholar Tess T., administrator at The Villas at the Park in Saint Louis Park and a current student at the University of Minnesota. Tess is a Monarch Healthcare Management employee who is pursuing a degree in healthcare administration and working toward her LNHA and LALD. On hashtag#MonarchMonday this week, staff showed solidarity and support for people with autism and celebrated neurodiversityโsome by wearing blue and others by rocking every color on the spectrum. ๐๐ This ๐งฉAutism Awareness Month๐งฉ, we affirm our commitment to providing inclusive, person-centered care that respects neurodiversity and supports every personโs right to live with dignity, comfort, and choice.
On Thursday of last week, Oaklawn Rehabilitation Center had a blast bowling at the Junior Achievement North bigBowl fundraiser ๐ณ in Mankato alongside 26 other sponsors. As an Empowering Sponsor, Oaklawnโs team โGutter Gangโ sponsored curriculum for 25 students. ๐ช๐ผ๐ง๐ฝโ๐ ๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ต: Serving 12,500 students in the Greater Mankato area, JA North programming provides financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship support to tomorrowโs leaders.
