High Tides and High Fives: MASA Beach Day 2025 At MASA, we believe that great teamwork deserves great celebrations! Our annual Beach Day brought together team members from across the company for a day of fun, friendly competition, and connection at a beautiful beachside resort. From team games in the sun ☀️ to a DJ spinning the perfect summer soundtrack 🎶 and a delicious catered lunch 🍽️, it was the perfect reminder that when we come together—inside or outside the office—we’re stronger, happier, and more inspired. Here’s to teamwork, sunshine, and the incredible people who make MASA such a special place to work! 💙
When MASA Cares, Communities Thrive ❤️ At MASA, protecting families with compassion when others don’t isn’t just our mission — it’s our mindset. Through our MASA Cares initiative, our employees proudly bring that mission to life by giving back to the communities we serve. On October 22, 2025, MASA team members partnered with the American Red Cross and the Delray Beach Fire Department for the Sound the Alarm campaign — a vital effort to help prevent home fire tragedies. Together, our volunteers: 🔥 Installed and tested smoke alarms in local homes 🏠 Shared fire safety and evacuation information with residents 🤝 Helped families prepare for emergencies — and peace of mind Home fires claim thousands of lives each year, but having a working smoke alarm can cut the risk of death by half. We’re proud that our MASA team played a role in helping make South Florida communities safer through partnership, compassion, and action. A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who embody the true spirit of MASA — caring deeply, showing up, and making a difference. 💙 This is MASA Cares. This is who we are.
Meet Andy Lopez, our Sales Appointment Supervisor! Andy plays a vital role in connecting potential members with MASA, leading his team with a strong focus on coaching, training, script review, and CRM operations. His work helps enhance and streamline our direct to consumer sales processes, ensuring every interaction sets members up for success. What Andy loves most about MASA is the constant recognition and opportunities for growth. He’s especially proud that MASA created a new position in a new department for him to lead — a responsibility he takes great pride in.
