Last week at IQ-EQ, we came together for Mental Health Awareness Week, focusing on raising awareness and creating time for our mental wellbeing. Around the Group activities included corporate massages, pet therapy, laughter therapy, 1:1 counselling sessions, wearing green, talks on building resilience strategies, online yoga classes, Pilates, modern mindfulness sessions, hikes, and last but not least an ice cream truck! We’ve partnered with CleanHub, an organisation on a mission to prevent 50% of new ocean plastic by 2030. In 2018, IQ-EQ Jersey developed a trainee programme aimed at students leaving full time education. We wanted to give 17- to 18-year-olds the chance to learn about the finance sector from within the heart of the industry, while also giving them the opportunity to develop their own career aspirations. We are delighted to be sponsoring Grace Greenwood, a Jersey student and international para-athlete!
