It’s been 6 months since I joined HiBob, and THIS has been the best part of my job so far!
A little MOTIVATION MONDAY to kick off the week... You never know how all of your hard work over months/quarters/years will come full circle, but today, I saw it in my own career. Earlier this morning, HiBob shared their new website with some powerful messaging updates: From "HR to All-In-One" Now, HiBob is the platform for HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

HiBob provides its people with two days off each year to support the communities in which we work through volunteering. Sian Blake, Business Development Representative in Amsterdam, shares: “Last Thursday, a group of us from HiBob had the opportunity to spend the day volunteering in the gardens of individuals who aren’t able to maintain them due to age, health challenges, financial limitations, or lack of social support." Last week, we officially moved 600 Bobbers into our brand-new Midtown Tel Aviv HQ, conveniently located close to the Savidor and HaShalom stations. With all our local employees now under one roof, we kicked things off with a celebration full of creativity, fun, and Tel Aviv vibes. Each floor of the building brings a unique theme to life: 🏘️ Floor 1 – Neighborhoods 🎭 Floor 2 – Cultural institutions 🌿 Floor 3 – Urban nature 🧠 Floor 4 – Creative & cultural minds Our employees explored the space through an AI-powered riddles game, unlocking the names of meeting rooms and getting to know their new home along the way. On the rooftop: a delicious breakfast and drinks. In the main hall: welcome gifts, a CEO address, and a grand prize raffle for everyone who completed the riddle challenge. Bonus: custom-branded Teva Naot sandals for all! 👣 And to top it off, content creator Shahar Cohen (as his hilarious alter ego Nofar) toured the new space, keeping everyone entertained. We’re so excited by the fresher, larger space, and can’t wait to share our energy with you.
