November 15 was a big day for Rise at HCLTech program, as the first 15 trainees in Hamilton, Aotearoa, completed the three-month foundation skills phase. The next step? A work-integrated internship followed by deployment with one of our clients in New Zealand. As a result of our collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD), the program is already making strides in growing the local workforce, with a promising future ahead.
