Genesee Health System (GHS) will host a community open house for the new GHS Main Campus on Friday, September 13, from 2 to 6:00 p.m. at 1040 West Bristol Road, Flint.
"We endure things that are traumatic on a daily basis; sometimes we are sitting with individuals on the worst day of their life. It's an empowering job, we get to be heroes sometimes, but that comes with a cost," explained Genesee Heath System's Director of Crisis Services, Lisa Bruder."

Kailey Baker, the manager of criminal justice diversion with Genesee Health System, speaks with Mid-Michigan NOW about crisis intervention training for officers throughout Genesee County in both the sheriff’s office and in police departments. GHS's crisis intervention training, and many other programs, are made possible by the Genesee County Mental Health Millage. Your tax dollars at work!
July is #DisabilityPrideMonth, and The Disability Network and Genesee Health System teamed up to celebrate with Flint-area individuals with disabilities. The July 26 celebration was inclusive of all in Flint’s community, featuring activities for those with hearing, mobility, and mental disabilities.
