From snow shovels in Boston to surprise snowfall in Texas, our unstoppable teams across the country know how to weather the storm! No matter the city (or the amount of snow, sleet and ice), they showed up this week ready to keep our communities safe, while always enjoying the ride along the way. We’re so grateful for the care, teamwork and commitment they bring, even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.
In a season where it matters the most, our employees ended 2025 as they started it: by giving back to our local communities. From food drives to supporting local organizations, the moments of care and connection we share demonstrate our values. It's about caring for the places we call home year-round, engaging with the world around us, and making a positive impact in them whenever we can.
What started as lighthearted banter with residents turned into something bigger - a basketball tournament built on connection and community. 🏀 When residents said no one at Harbor Steps could challenge them, our team stepped up and took game one, 38–30. With a loud cheering section on the sidelines, it was equal parts teamwork, friendly competition, and fun. Sometimes enjoying the ride looks like taking the challenge and running with it.
