In honour of Earth Day, celebrated globally this week, our latest blog shares what we’re learning, and celebrates the efforts of those pushing things forward — including work by Alexandra Palace and Park and Advanced Music, S.L.
✨ Celebrating Women’s History Month at DICE ✨ March was a month of empowerment, community, and intersectionality! Led and organised by our Women and Femme ECG , the month started with the ECG reintroducing themselves, welcoming new members, and setting their 2025 Guiding Framework principles, which are: ‘Creating Safe Spaces, Fostering Intersectionality and Empowering Our Community’ 💡 Women & Femme x Neurons partnered to present a powerful conversation exploring the intersectionality of Gender and Neurodiversity, featuring insightful stories, shared challenges and the beauty and superpower that comes with being Neurodivergent 🍽 Our NYC team gathered for an inspiring meal at Cafe Mogador, where they learned how the family-owned, female-established cafe champions independence and confidence in the women they hire in the hospitality industry. 🍰 London’s team raised an outstanding £324 for Luminary Bakery, a social enterprise empowering women who have experienced adversity. 💙 We took advantage of our Volunteer Days to give back, including in London, NYC, Philly and LA. 🇮🇹 Our Milan team are supporting the local charity Fondazione Libellula which aids women who have experienced violence and gender discrimination, donating essential school supplies for the families they assist. 🇪🇸Our Barcelona team will be partnering with Surt, dedicated to advancing women's economic, social and cultural rights in the community.
