Our IMPACT (I Am Proud at Constant Contact) affinity group recently hosted a panel with SpeakOUT Boston, sharing the powerful voices of LGBTQ+ community members. Employees across the organization—including executives—joined to listen, learn, and reflect. As allies, we’re reminded that active listening strengthens the actions we take and the culture we create. Inclusion is not a one-time initiative—it’s something we live every day. This program served as an important reminder, especially to our LGBTQ+ employees, that there is a place for everyone here at Constant Contact. We’re also proud that this event happened before Pride Month—because belonging shouldn’t wait. (And yes, we’ll still be celebrating Pride Month!)

And we had a wonderful International Women's Day internal activation too, where women and allies posted their accelerated action pose to show their support and advocacy for gender equality. 2025 started off with a bang for Constant Contact at our annual Company Kickoff event in Boston! We brought 700 CTCTers together for a day of connection, motivation, inspiration, and plain old fun. It’s our 30th anniversary, so we threw it back to the ‘90s, the decade we got our start. Some of our favorite highlights: - Constant Contact’s first CEO Gail Goodman made a special appearance and reminded us just how far we’ve come. - Christina Tosi — James Beard-winning chef, founder of Milk Bar, and Constant Contact customer — brought the sugar-fueled inspiration with a talk about creativity and innovation. - Our CEO Frank Vella spoke about our 2024 wins and our big plans for 2025. - The Davey Downhill skits. IFYKYK. CTCT knows its people are its great asset — and the company’s investment in our employees shows. We left feeling energized, appreciated, and ready to crush 2025!

Team CTCT started 2024 off with a bang at our annual Company Kickoff event! Employees from across the country and around the world took over the Encore Resort and Casino in Boston last week for a day of motivating content and good old-fashioned face-to-face bonding. Those who couldn’t make it to Beantown celebrated at our watch parties in our Florida, Colorado, Australia, and India offices, or joined in the fun from home. From guest speaker Alex Banayan, to our CEO’s inspiring keynote, to a show stopping skit featuring our favorite customer Davey Downhill (IFYKYK) and some awesome members of our Product and Customers Success teams, it was one for the books. We're still riding the high and buzzing with excitement for what Constant Contact and Team CTCT have in store this year! 🎉🚀
