We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dragos Constantinescu as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of BAT with effect from 1 September 2026. Dragos is currently serving as CEO of Asahi Europe & International, having been with Asahi Breweries since 2019. Prior to this, he spent 16 years at BAT in a range of senior finance and general management roles. He brings a strong combination of financial expertise, broad enterprise leadership and international experience in both Nicotine and the wider FMCG sector. This combination of skills will be key in supporting BAT’s strategic ambitions. Please join us in welcoming Dragos back to BAT. “I always wanted to be a Global Graduate.” For Isabel, a Legal Global Graduate in Venezuela, that ambition started years ago when she met a Global Graduate whose experience inspired her. Once she applied, and was offered the role, her dream became a reality. After 11 months working in Legal for Operations, she’s now preparing to move into Commercial Legal, supporting New Categories - an opportunity she’s incredibly excited about. Isabel explains that working in Legal is about far more than knowing the laws of one country. She shares that it is about adapting to new situations, solving problems, negotiating, communicating with people, resolving conflict, and so much more.
