Most individuals who attempt or complete suicide or self-harm have interactions with healthcare providers in the prior year. Array’s latest eBook shows how our clinicians: -Implement screening for suicide in every patient interaction -Direct patients to the right levels of care -Provide safe transition and follow-up support Find out how we support our partners in meeting the goals of the lifesaving Zero Suicide Model.
Array has partnered with Common Ground in Michigan to provide telepsychiatry services for their crisis stabilization pilot site. This innovative model offers a recovery-oriented alternative to hospital EDs for individuals with acute mental health needs.

Davina Robinson has been with Array since July of 2019, and since her start, has been nothing short of a model employee. From the jump, she has been a consistent figure of patience, calm and diligence. Day-to-day operations can be chaotic and challenging, but Davina has always been a reassuring presence, lending her experience and knowledge as a source of guidance and stability. Furthermore, she has brought those same qualities to her leadership position as a Senior Manager; always available and willing to help others by lending a hand, whenever necessary. Lastly, it goes without saying that Davina is a remarkably kind, sweet and thoughtful person. Several times a year, she ensures team members receive gifts for their Birthday, Anniversary, or just for small gatherings as a group (now being mostly remote). On a personal note, she loves traveling, has been working to build a photography business, and recently took up kickboxing classes, which she shares has helped improve not only her physical but her mental health as well. Davina is the embodiment of what we strive to have from our employees at Array and could not be any more worthy of receiving the Employee Spotlight honor.
Dr. Matthew Carpinello is celebrating his 4-year Array-iversary this month and has made such an incredible impact within his role on the OnDemand Clinical Care Team. To his colleagues, he shares a solid piece of advice, the importance of really getting to know the staff of the partner sites where you are working, and working alongside the medical staff, attending docs, nurses, and technicians, just as you would if you were physically working in person. Something you may not know about your colleague is that he spent over a decade serving in the US Navy, and for half that time, working as a General Medical Officer and not as a Psychiatrist. Matthew shares how much he loves staying busy, spending time with family, and getting in daily exercise to support his own mental health.
