Aledade team members attended the Florida Association of ACOs (FLAACOs) fall conference last week, where Travis Broome, senior vice president of Policy & Economics, spoke about different ACO models including Primary Care Flex, MSSP and REACH, and Market President Andrew Chang moderated a panel of ACO clinicians. This event brings together not only ACOs, but any organization interested in value-based care models.
Aledade is excited to share that three of our partner practices have been named as a 2024 Million Hearts Hypertension Control Champion. This recognition given by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention awards practices that prioritize controlling hypertension and are delivering lifesaving care by helping 80% or more of their patients with hypertension get their blood pressure under control. 2023's MSSP results just announced by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services show that Aledade accountable care organizations (ACOs) delivered a record $801 million in savings, more than any other accountable care partner in the entire country. Our partner practices earned more shared savings and higher quality scores than non-Aledade entities, with 93% of Aledade partners earning shared savings, compared to just 69% of others.
