I had a 1 on 1 meeting w/my manager yesterday &she told me how Im doing well with all of my average calls, survey scores, & referrals. When i asked her if there was a potential to work a remote work schedule, she said "lets see how this month goes." Well today, One of the other managers told me they're letting all of the new ppl telework tomorrow since they have never teleworked from home before. I'm an Investigation Analyst at a major Canadian bank with background in reconciliation, operations, and financial investigations. Considering CAMS to move into AML/Compliance permanently. Honest question — did it actually change your career trajectory or just look good on paper? Better pay, faster promotions, more job offers? And did your bank reimburse it?
