Call it paranoia, but I feel like I’m craving some sort of project or training so I can be ahead of the curve or simply stay relevant… Honestly, even if you’re employed, I’d appreciate another perspective 😊 (PS, in case no one has said it, you got this, hang in there folks 🫶🏼)

My colleague just confided in me that she is dealing with an annoying situation. She meets every promotion criteria, manager agrees she performing with exceeding expectations, but her time at the company (2 years) is apparently the issue. She has 8 years of prior industry experience. Has anyone successfully navigated such a situation and secured a promotion?

For the first time, I need to seek non cleared employment, and i have no idea how. Been in the cleared space since 2001. I'm a SQL Server Database Engineer. Where do I begin?
