Emt Basic salaries in New Zealand

My husband is finishing paramedic school after several years as an EMT. After working full time, going to school, doing clinical on his days off- needless to say he’s burnt out. Where he used to have confidence/ be energized by work, now he’s anxious and questions his decisions (even when they were the right call). He’s still going to finish his schooling and get the certification, but he’s now exploring alternatives that still use his experience. Any ideas for good options? Also has a BS in bio

Looking for advice! I became a certified phlebotomist in February but every job wants 1–2 years of experience. I’ve applied to LifeSouth, Quest, Red Cross, hospitals, and even jobs 1.5 hours away with no luck. How is anyone supposed to gain experience if no one will hire them? I’ve even gone back to school for my EKG and CCMA certifications. Any advice on getting that first opportunity would mean a lot!

I’ve been a registered xray tech for a year now, and now wanting to pursue a different modality. Ive been really interested in branching out into the mammography field. I’ve only ever had experience working at an orthopedic clinic, and I’m not sure how to go about emailing a local hospital if they could be a clinical site for me since I had already had clinicals there as a xray student. Could any one give me any advice?
