      Pros

      Well-documented competitive pay and plenty of perks. Well being of employees is prioritized. A great work culture is proactively cultivated by leadership, with room for all types of people/personalities. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      Nothing noteworthy. Startups come with certain bumps in the road and zeroheight has grown through changes, but the pros listed above have made those changes a team effort to navigate.

      Pros

      Definitely one of the best places I've worked at. Really enjoyed my time at zeroheight and left with some fond memories as well as life long friends. - Great people who really take an interest in one another - Great culture, no ego's and free to voice your opinions - Great work life balance, remote first model so really suits flexi working and people with children - Great compensation + benefits - Great product that everyone believe's will achieve great things

      Cons

      Like any start-up/scale-up it comes with it's obvious challenges. Some processes still need to be developed further and certain strategies need defining better etc. However I have full confidence that the intelligent people that they have will figure out soon enough or already taking the steps to implement changes right now

      Cons

      The normal startup growing pains with quick pivots and where you need to be able to think on your feet, which isn't a great fit for someone wanting highly structured work.
