Helpful colleagues because everyone is going through the same pain and disappointment so at least everyone looks out for each other.
Cons
- Zero work life balance. (CEO's statement : You want to have a work life balance then this place is not for you ) - You will have to work for inhuman hours without any compensation but don't expect any form of appreciation in return. If you fail to answer their call even on a Sunday you will be berated for not being serious about your work. - You will constantly keep hearing about the sacrifices that the seniors are having to make when it comes to their family while it is automatically assumed that you neither have family problems or a family just because you are a bachelor. - You will get lied to constantly regarding salary appraisals but will still be preached on professional ethics. - Working hour : 10 AM - 8 PM (minimum) , working days : Almost every day (Sunday is officially a holiday) No comp offs or incentives for working overtime or on Sundays. - Every Saturday there will be one All Hands Meeting where the CEO will try to list your shortcomings first in form of taunts rather than a face to face direct sit down and then some kind of motivational speech which if you hear week after week starts to have the opposite effect on you.And the best thing is that this meeting will start once your official working hours are over on a Saturday which is almost 10-12 hours everyday anyways . So you have to sit for one-two more hours after completing your official working hours on a Saturday to get through these meeting every week . - Irrelevant meetings .
