Pros

In pros there is only Remote work. On time salary

Cons

There is very much in the con section. Let's start with company management. That is not stable. Even they don't have dedicated persons for the specific position that a company requires. There is only one person in operation and he also handles some of the Hr work. like seriously not even this but he also manages employees' salaries, The onboarding of new employees, managing birthday posts of employees, the yearly anniversary, etc. 2nd don't expect you to get work for what you are joining this company. Before joining it prepare yourself so that you can also get work that is not related to your field. 3rd At the time of increment it does not matter how much hard work you put in even you would get the employee of the month reward just before 1 or 2 months. They have one statement that your performance is not up to the mark. So, we can give you much. 4th work timing can be changed at any time depending on their mood. Even you join last month on the timing of 8 am to 5:30 pm shift. and the very next month the timing changed to 3:30 pm to 1:00 Am. Even without discussing it with you at the time of joining. And you can't leave the company because you signed a 1-year agreement. 5th And yes about the meeting when it is with CEO or COO you can't take leave even if they schedule it on imidate bases on your already leave the day you have to join the meeting. Otherwise your leave mark as unpaid leave. And even if it is your break time according to company timing still you have to join the meeting. It does not matter if you are eating your food or busy with some other stuff. If you are late you are getting scolded. The company is running just video and web revenue. So, If you are a fresher don't join the company because you definatly not going learn expect out of your skills Also most of the positive reviews are fake they asked to put positive 5 star review when you join the company.

Pros

Nice team All are supportive On time salary

Cons

=Flexible timing not availiable =They have 8hour and 30 minutes of working and if you worked for like 7hours and 30 minutes a day then they will consider it as half day means company have no value for your 3hours and 30 minutes of your life = they are giving you a break of 20 minutes in day work that is 10 minute in first half and 10 minutes in second half but you have to cover them in lunch or after time of 8:30 ( means you have no time for even washroom ) =If you are on leave and does not attend the company weekly meet then leave is considered as two days , then what is the meaning of leave ? =they are using softwares like clickup and Time doctor but still you have to submit your report manually 😂 are you joking guys company is keeping record of there every minute but these reports take average 20minutes per weeks and it is never logged = company does not cooperate = if your network is down then it is you problem company will count it as half day if you are unable to submit daily report at day end = on salary deposit day you get messages like fill this form to get your salary today ,are you serious ? =They have hidden policies in there company which they not mention in the legal agreement and you stuck there for your next 1 year =my only 1 start is for good team members they always support you , never expect anything from company

Dear webdian Greetings of the day. Thank you for sharing the detailed feedback. We are sorry to hear you had a pressing experience, but we really appreciate your thoughts to our attention. Though, we hope that you had shared your thoughts earlier and not enveloped them for more than one year of service that you had at webdew. Our members work in teams and an amalgamation of teams makes up webdew. We are at peace when you mentioned that your team was nice and the team structure is supportive. It is crucial for any member to have a good team. It is with the team members that our day starts and ends, as we discuss projects/tasks with them, gain from their expertise and experience, seek guidance as we get technically stuck, etc. From daily support of the team to a monthly appreciation of efforts in terms of timely credit of salary, especially after what the industry/market has experienced post-Covid, it assures us that the processes are humanly aligned. We would like to take this opportunity to talk and investigate your feedback further. - As the company is transparently vocal about its thoughts and policies, it went way ahead of its peers and published a blog on its website named, why is webdew not for you. Many questioned the name of the blog itself but we stood strong because we at webdew like to stick to our values and thoughts. We put in many thoughtful hours every month on how to enhance and nurture our culture to learn and grow, and we want members who are determined to grow as knowledgeable professionals. - webdew is 100% operating from home since March 2020 and having the required infrastructure is a responsibility taken by each for himself/herself. We have to maintain due internet facility or needless to say, our work gets hampers. - Work from home has enlarged the scope of commitment of our Leads to support each and every team member promptly and accurately as the need arises or many a time, doing the needful even before the need arises. Assigning flexible timings to the members puts double pressure on the Leads and the structure which in long term will not suit any. - The definition/timings of a full day and half-day are well conveyed in our initial documentation and induction sessions. We do not disrespect or ignore the efforts of any member but we value our policies too. - It is a comfortable 1-hour lunch break that we have to peacefully enjoy a warm home-cooked meal with our family. Members are free to use it as they please. Washroom breaks are a necessity and no one is probed about these as long as you are back in 4-5 minutes. - Weekly meetings are crucial for all as our structure enables us to have direct interaction with the management and build a beneficial understanding of the vision of the company and also gain updated information regarding the ongoing and future projects. It is a wonderful platform for each to put across their skills and knowledge and is a successful initiative of the company to implement zero tolerance for a biased approach for anyone, to anyone. - webdew has processes wherein automation is adopted successfully. But enabling a member to draft their daily and weekly report ensures that they understand their performance themselves rather than being spoken out by others. - Very specifically, regarding the feedback, "....messages like fill this form..." (which was dated 7-Feb-2022), please consider that the HR department was working on its implementation since 09-Nov-2021. - You have been gracious to share your thoughts and we urge you to share the other "hidden policies" as per you as well so that a proper explanation can be provided to fellow readers. At webdew, we ensure to have the same set of policies for each member and forever strive to build an ecosystem of responsibility and accountability as each webdian continues to learn, grow and become a better professional.

Pros

Lucky if you could find 1-2 positive collegues who will help you getting through your days of working here.

Cons

Please do not fall for all the fake reviews of company because they force employee to give them a review on the first day of work. No one cares about your growth, they just need results and even if you do achieve those results after staying awake till mid night, there are no benefits or bonuses. They will keep monitoring you with softwares like clickup. (Have a look into what that software is because it really gets frustarating after some time) They use these softwares because they do not trust their employees.
