      You get to travel the world (but sometimes in very bad conditions like no resting between flights)

      Cons

      Low salaries, no respect for lower tier job positions. Lack of organization and communication. There's always a boss of a boss of a boss that you need to talk to complain about anything and they will always try to overshadow your opinion. People above you will always pass on responsibilities to other people, not caring about solving problems.
