      Pros

      Better work life balance than ever before under new ownership. Hours are for working. Not politics, bullying, or flights of fancy by a bored owner. Pay is equalized to a respectable level with some room for improvement. So far, so good. I hope it continues.

      Cons

      Lot of pressure to make change orders and upsell whenever possible.

      Pros

      The new owners are very capable people and will take the company to new heights. The staff is fantastic and are among the best in their fields.

      Cons

      The reputation of the company aside, because the work is stellar, although a con would be the services are underpriced for the industry. Charge more, work less.

      Pros

      VisionFriendly has a nice office that allows their designers to work individually within a collaborative space. The team is like a family and promotes a casual friendly atmosphere while maintaining a professional decorum. The owner and other management have gone above and beyond for myself and for other employees when flexibility in scheduling or other is required. I enjoy that we are constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and technologies.

      Cons

      When it's a rainy day and you're next to the window that's a bit of a bummer. There aren't a ton of places around for lunch but you get a whole hour so you have time to drive a bit.
