Vsplash is unique, it is great to work here. I joined as a fresher and after 3 years of my service now I've learnt so many things. Best part of vsplash is that there is a lot to learn and explore. No other company provides facilities like vsplash. we get free yoga, physiotherapy sessions, all medical check ups are also done regularly free of cost. We have ananda activities which includes all health related benefits, additionally we also have corporate health insurance. There are fun activities and games almost every Friday, we freely click so many fun photos and best ones are uploaded on our internal employee portal were we post tweets and can see all the events. I've completed 3 years but it feels like time just rushed. I got awarded for my performance many times. I'm lucky to be a part of vsplash. Unlike other companies we get hike yearly without fail depending upon our performance for the year.
Cons
Only sad part is that we do not have transport facility.
