      Pros

      This is an International company.

      Cons

      Management is unfocused, unconcerned with morale, and does not know how to encourage it's people in a positive/constructive way. Pay rates are low and they struggle when recruiting. The work atmosphere is HOSTILE and VIOLENT....yelling, cursing, throwing cellphones against walls, degrading women, sending abusive e-mails to employees, throwing papers, banging desks, etc... (all these behaviors have been witnessed by MANY current employees)

      Relative flexible work time, chance to travel to the headquarters in Germany, not the best but good benifits, complex design task for more experience, clean workshop

      Cons

      Very poor management, no company culture, no clear policy or process, very low or even no profit overall

      Fantastic company to work for. The projects and customer base are at the cutting edge of industrial automation.
