If you are considering employment re-consider. If you are considering a partnership, think twice. Senior Management miss-leads employees and customers, they cannot be trusted, and takes advantage of employee’s good will.

wages are competitive, workplace is pleasant and holiday/vacation policy is generous. Company is willing to be aggressive to seek new business

Cons

Privately held by a family. It is a large mom and pop company with family members firmly in control. Because Corporate HR has taken a back seat to family ownership there is no management succession, no organizational development and little if any training.
