      Strong team collaboration and supportive leadership, modern stack (TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres) with real ownership on features, exposure to interesting problems in specification and formulation management, flexible work environment, and genuine investment in engineers learning new tools including AI/LLM tooling.

      The people are great to work with, the product is awesome, and the culture is great.

      Not a whole lot of opportunity to move into other departments or promote, but that's okay! You can meet with people in other departments you're interested in learning about and help them with projects so you can learn more and gain experience
