Good salary and fully remote so you never have to go into the office
Cons
You can't trust the executive team to hire anyone competent or pay their bills. The accounts payable department doesn't pay vendors and will place the blame on other team members when invoices aren't paid. They would repeatedly decline invoices and vendors would shut them down until balances were down to 0.
