      Pros

      SSDs have a good future and type of challenges are interesting. Probably you will have a good job security if management don't waste the money...

      Cons

      If you are a new comer you get good salary these days because they need new engineers but if you are an employee with many years of experience then you are ignored and what you get is %5 max increase per year...

      Good work, niche technology, Excellent investments in technology and tools

      Cons

      There is too much politics and racism affecting projects, knowledge sharings and in general work. new ideas & thoughts are disliked by old managers. Managers ensure "no team work" The HR promises prospective employees some things, but when it comes to reality, they do not uphold what they promised. Not professional.

      Good engineering capability, early entry into the market, stable market outlook in 2-3 years, relatively fair pay for engineers, 5% 401K match.

      Cons

      No personal respect, no cooperation from different departments, no communication and feedback from management, no career growth, no chance to use your ideas
