Way more bad than good

Pros

Unlimited vacation, but that's not so rare nowadays. A lot of talented and nice people on staff. You can bring pets into the building.

Cons

Weird culture (it's presented like everyone is happy and loves it, but there's a lot unspoken disenchantment and frustration that no one talks about or acknowledges) , zero leadership from executives (CEO, CFO, others are pretty invisible), out of date viewpoints regarding work times and not a lot of flexibility (office hours are 8:30 - 5:30), crap 401k plan (5 year vesting period), fake summer hours (instead of just leaving early you have to come in EARLY), weekly team meetings that don't do/explain anything, MASSIVE amount of turnover (it's abnormal and not acknowledged by management). Employee survey results aren't taken seriously and in some cases openly mocked at weekly meetings. Underqualified staff. Fake/weird job titles. They try to sell that it's a great and exciting place to work and it's really not.

Every Man for Himself

Pros

Good place to learn sports marketing and account management. Some of the Executive leadership team really gets it and wants to mentor and lead, the rest have no interest in furthering anyone but themselves.

Cons

Constantly asked to save on the budget, clients should be asking for audits to find out how much the rEvolution is actually spending on their projects. CEO loves a good consultant and would rather pay a consultant than listen to the people who work for him. No diversity in staff, they have actively removed anyone who doesn't "look "like the CEO and Chief of Staff. CEO, Chief of Staff and CFO disregard the company values and do not think they apply to them.

Great Junior Staff, Weak Leadership

Pros

The junior staff gets along well, cares about the industry and wants to succeed. The office is very relaxed, the hours are pretty flexible and the unlimited PTO is a great perk.

Cons

The executive leadership doesn't seem to have a long term clear vision. If they do it's not communicated to the staff very well. There's a lot of drama from the top down and a lot of conversation about making the culture better but then never any real action.
