      My teammates are great. Super helpful, I’ve learned a ton here, way more than I expected when I joined. You get a lot of ownership early, a lot of change and new hires which can be chaotic but also kind of awesome.

      Cons

      It’s a growing company, so not everything is figured out yet. Some processes are still being built, and a lot of things aren’t fully documented. Sometimes you’re leaning on a few key teammates to get answers or unblock stuff, which can be a little stressful. But the team is growing, people are learning fast, and it feels like the company is heading in the right direction overall
