      Multi-disciplinary and learning environment Benefits: conventional

      Cons

      Cronyism as part of team members come from the same country. They stay between them and create this uncomfortable atmosphere. They split the pie between them and do not let you do your thing and would not collaborate with locals, Very EXCLUSIVE! Managers as well are on the board and if you are not friends with key team members, you would not make it! Micromanagement and the team lead is at your head 8h per day! No freedom and fake flexibility! Basically, if you want slavery choose this company. If you are concerned about bullying and humiliation from other colleagues, do not choose this one!

      Difficult culture

      Great client relationships built with oXya teams. Some work from home flexibility.

      Cons

      Very difficult culture to become part of. There is a lot of favoritism. Unprofessional behavior and immature business practices. Not many women in management. No career paths available. Language barriers felt by employees and customers

      SAP BASIS Administrator

      Pros

      I have been working at SAP full-time (Less than a six years). Company is good for the beginners for learning.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits are not good living in Jersey City and New York. Be aware there are lot of politics and favoritism involved to get promoted to next level rather than skill set. No career growth opportunity available.
