By far one of the worst places I have worked in my entire life. It certainly had me contemplating a career for sure. All of the previous comments from others regardless of race are very true. Certainly a good ole boy organization that thrives on only hiring family which is fine, if that what they want to do then that is their prerogative. So if you are looking to for a career in either capacity, I would suggest you look elsewhere before you contemplate ending your life. I know that sounds harsh, but you don't come from their family tree it will be a moot cause.

The company is driven by a RICH culture if you are part of the management family and friend circle. They do not have the best knowledge and are not industry leaders. Those who move up and are valued are yes MEN to the owners. Management does not believe in questioning processes or working on measures to improve the profitability of the business. They waste money left and right. The customer is not right unless it agrees with their way of doing business. Diversity is not in their mix. They are a management company of middle age white southern gentlemen.
