      -If you try to kill your career, you can join. -if you think you are hopeless and you haven't any way to get any job you are welcome. -If you like to see a Company with empty Pitcher. you can visit.

      Cons

      -There is no commitment -Very low salary in contrast to hard work -Fake dreamer(CEO and HR), you will get more offer in mouth but it will be be truth forever. -Kill your confidence -No future of this company -After awhile days or month, you will think, there no good company in Bangladesh -less than total 5 developers -You will not get experience letter and last moth salary in anyway -Bad minded and rubbish behaved CEO

      None. Stay away from this company.

      Cons

      It's a terrible place to work. Management have no respect to Employers. Once CEO abused one of my colleague, because he went to drink tea and eat shingara during office time. Documentation is poor. Yet they expect people to deliver from their first day. No one is willing to help. Another colleague of mine just left the office middle of the day because of the sick environment. HR is super active. They start calling employees from 08:30 to know about whereabouts! Though the office time starts at 09:00.

      The CEO is more technical. Thats a good thing. They get nice projects from clients.

      Cons

      Their main problem is salary and sacking. Except CEO there is no one good enough to help you. They have some guys from network department doesn't know manners. It will be like you are a prisoner their. You can't do that, you can't do this. They sack employees anytime. Employees are like slaves their.
