      Nice benefits, bad management.

      Pros

      Free food, In-house bowling, bar and gym. Some flexibility regarding working hours.

      Cons

      Managers are arrogant and have absolutely no competence in managing people. Insufficient level of English among HR representatives and leaders. Bad training, immense workload, an impossibility to get leaves. Customer processes are not very ethical.

      Favoritism, nepotism Incompetent and aggressive management Incredible amount of micromanagement Insufficient level of English company-wide Prone to drastic cost reduction measures at the expense of the employees' well-being Obsolete, bureaucratic processes that often don't favor the customer, and are also extended to employee requests Constantly understaffed positions, lack of proper work distribution
