Pros
The colleagues are absolutely lovely. It's a warm and uplifting atmosphere, and there is a lot of support if you need it. There are also high expectations, so you will be trained well and expected to meet a standard. The owner and boss does her best to hear everyone out and be accommodating. Basically, you get out of the job and company what you put in.
Cons
Since the centre is open year-round, there is no break for teachers, which I think leads to a lot of the burnout and quitting. There is also work on Saturday, although this is normal for all centres.
