      Management does help you if you need it and you are often able to confer with other departments.

      None that I noticed, except warehouse is hot during the summer.

      None really its hot in the plant

      Cons

      You get no training, hot in the summer and they treat you bad. Just laid off a bunch of people. No work as usual, can't feed family staying here.

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of at this place is the day you leave this company for a better job.

      Cons

      Leadership treats people like garbage and are then surprised when people leave for other jobs. When we had our work from home ability revoked coworkers that are at other branch locations tell horror stories of HR doing "bed checks" to make sure everyone is in the office and not working from home. Apparently, leadership believes that grown adults with professional degrees cannot be trusted. Run from this place.
