      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Managers generally seemed to know what they were doing. Due to my shift interaction was limited.

      Cons

      Over reaction to minor incidents. Implementation of product without fully testing. Training was at a minimum. In many cases you were just thrown to the deep end to see if you could swim.
