Pros
1. Accommodation is taken care by the company. 2. Brand name. 3. Salary is good. Around 35k. 4. Salary comes on 28th of every month.
Cons
1. Minimum 12 hours work excluding 1-2 hours traveling. 2. Not so much growth even if you're working there for 5-6 years. My senior had salary of 42k in his 7th year while I was getting 31k in my first month. Both joined as GET mechanical. Although the bonus at the end of the year is what makes the job satisfactory for them. For around 5-6/8 rating they'll get around 1-1.2 lakhs bonus.
