-We have hired four new exec members across several departments in the past couple of months who are here to help the company grow.
-As an Exec Team, we use the OKR methodology to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. This approach also makes company, department, and individual goals transparent so that there is clarity on our priorities, goals, and how we measure our work toward those goals.
-We encourage use of our “TinyPulse” platform for anonymous feedback (at this moment there is nothing in there); we have weekly calibration meetings where open communication is encouraged and contributes to process improvement. Our training includes client success call role playing to better understand our clients. We play jeopardy, create team builders, Slack, and many other ways that we hear a great set of ideas, and have implemented many. The side by side sessions and quality assurance program was recently created to add value on calls real time.
-Recently, we sent out an anonymous survey for feedback on all aspects of the company, from performance review process, training, company initiatives, and department specific feedback. We are taking immediate action on feedback and have shared direction with the company at our Q4 wrap up.
-We implemented a new QA and coaching software to address calls and emails in real time to further training and live feedback.
-We have outlined a clear career path for each department and continue to advance employees who have earned it.
-We still haven't even scratched the surface and this does not reflect the countless hours we share this with our staff. As we continue to grow, we will need more key players to take on new industries we are breaking into.
