      -401k match -many social outings -monthly expenses

      Cons

      Management not concerned with fixing toxic work environment, only how the company is perceived to the public eye. If you are not a manager or of status here, your opinion and concerns do not matter. Ongoing issues with my manager and was laughed at when trying to voice my concerns. Very undervalued and under appreciated in my time here. I started off extremely excited to work with iVision, and was immensely let down by lack of actual leadership and encouragement. Insincere leadership, and overall giant let down.

      Great company and culture

      Amazing people to work with Authentic leadership Growing fast

      Cons

      I was hired to do a certain type of job but those clients/projects never came in. I was released due to poor performance because I lacked "their" level of Visio and Technical Writing skills which are learned OTJ. It was never addressed with me in a manner that made me think I would lose my job and I studied daily in those weak areas.

      Strong Talent and Great Culture

      Pros

      The company is growing but is able to keep the small company vibe. The execs are in the office and interact with everyone. It's also great being around a company of very technical people. Everyone is smart and dedicated.

      Cons

      Because it's still a small company there is a lot of penny pinching. Office has an old feel to it and needs a refresh. We need to hire more people as well.
