This company is totally not worty. They force me to give fake reviews in front of them. I myself added 5* for this company forcefully. All 5* are fake reviews by them. Check old reviews which are all 1*. HR do not know how to talk with employees. No manners at all.

Environment is good, which all small company has. HR support is excellent.

Cons

Everything is bad. Owner is worse. Don't know how to speak with female. Have habbit to Fire employee without reason or without notice period. You can't get positive waves. Job security is -500%. Top level is main downfall of company. I made big mistake to go to innovify. Please don't take more money and go to this company.

This is one of most horrific company to work in IT ... The owner does not know anything about his stuff and continues bullying employees. He is always using slangs and sarcasm to male and female employees and never motivating team for better results. He is root cause of politics within organization which is an set example for rest of team.
