Feels like it's going downhill which is unfortunate as I enjoyed it when I first joined. It's well known through conversation that staff are underpaid and also overworked. People are spread too thinly across overly ambitious projects, and nothing meets any planned deadlines because of leadership's continuous over optimism and painfully slow project governance. In addition, the number of meetings per day is absolutely exhausting, sometimes less than 20% of my hours are available a week not in meetings. Whilst the company prides itself on positive brand image and mental wellbeing, it is not reflected or applied on the people doing the work. Projects lack adequate resource and there is high expectation for younger people with less experience and less pay to be doing activities out of their depth (which is not their fault). All in all, they hire people for the job for the littlest pay they can get away with - you can guess the results. Furthermore, it's the only place I've worked where you're offered no forum to ask for more pay or review salary despite progressing your skills and achievements. They use the annual bonus as a way of getting away with this and not having annual salary reviews. The office also used to be so busy and everyone would stick around socially on a Thursday, but nobody hangs around any more and other than a Thursday the office feels very quiet. Overall, things are becoming more and more corporate feeling as TCCC slowly takeover.

Punitively micromanaged by your peers with no managerial experience, Cripplingly low salaries. Bullying. Very limited career progression for the 90% of people. Cultural vibe of 6th form college.
