Pros

If you want an internship where you sit around from 9-6 (yep, 9 hour work days) and have literally nothing else to do than apply for other jobs, this is a good place.

Cons

Aside from not having enough (any?) work to do on a regular basis, management is extremely condescending. There is no teaching and when you turn in an assignment you do not receive any feedback. Free labor is expected of you. This place is not set up for interns. 90% of the office communicates exclusively in Russian so good luck with that if you don't know any. The culture consists of Wii Golf during lunch, which the same three people dominate so if you want to play you can't. In my six months there, I never found out (or had the opportunity to discover) what about 70% of the office actually does. Something with data and phone calls in Russian.

Pros

Many interesting tasks that require timely solutions. There is always something to do. Great working atmosphere in the office!

Cons

Sometimes it becomes very difficult because of the large volume of tasks

Pros

Incredibly smart group of diverse staff from different backgrounds and cultures, driven, smart and passionate about all things digital! Very rewarding team-oriented culture backed by latest in technology systems and forward thinking management. I also appreciate the ability to go beyond your set skills, to challenge the status quo and be heard.

Cons

Not much to report but since a min is required I would say maybe more large group events would be fun.
