Pros
Best reasons: most people leave at 6.30PM. The bathrooms are nice. There is very little interaction outside of work with employees. You have no idea who the CEO is outside of the once a month meetings. If you are adept at throwing people under the bus to benefit yourself, this job is for you.
Cons
There are no performance reviews. The whole HR department left the company at once - (imagine what that indicates!). To finalize what you will see at Ideeli --- there is no culture and there is no evidence of anybody wanting to know anyone else. Total crap show of departments throwing each other under the bus. If you like no-win politics and a continuous stream of short term band-aids to benefit board presentations, this job is for you.
