      Salary credit is on time hybrid working

      Cons

      * NO worklife balance, even on weekend and public holiday, we have to work. me and my friends are burnout and so tired.even we have no time for our child. * Very LITTLE increment * Manager doesn't care about your problem and they ask you to work everytime they want! * Crazy pressure * 1 person can be assigned for more 1 project (even my colleague get 5 projects at the same time) * People who know the boss from his previous company are more appreciated even though they don't perform so well * Bad Management

      Depends on who your coworker at a time each project, your working condition might be hellish. But in general working condition in Indonesia is good as mostly everyone help each other.
