      Great Culture but needs work

      Pros

      This place has great culture with great people. I really loved working here with everyone, the office had energy and it was really fun! Free lunch when you're in the office, great benefits like EV car rebates and charging stations and fun events.

      Cons

      The expectation to work beyond normal working hours was extremely heavy. There is no work-life balance and they do not believe in raises and are very honest about it. So negotiate high going in for your salary because you won't get a raise the whole time you're there.

      Stay away PMs and Engineers. Thankless job with neverending hours

      The office is in a good location

      Cons

      They only reward the sales staff They only compensate the sales staff appropriately They expect you to work around the clock there is no such thing as work life balance if you work in the PMO or engineering teams The mission is do anything and everything for the sales staff and the expense of the other 40 people that work there. There is no HR dept. The one HR representative quit 3 years ago and now they only have 1 recruiter they hired somewhat recently. They pressure you to take the Best of the Valley employment survey to convey a false image. It is a small company with a small mind set.
