Stay away!!! That's as plain as I can put it. These are not the words of a disgruntled employee, these are the words of somebody who was quite successful at Indelible and saw, first-hand, how management treats its employees: in short, like crap. You are a disposable entity. You will be used and worked to the bone, with extra hours standard, and then you will be discarded like yesterday's trash when you are no longer needed, because big boss Ross decides suddenly that he needs more money for his stock portfolios. You will think your career is advancing, and then suddenly, and abruptly, it will come to a stop as you are, with a shocked look in your eye, escorted out the door by security and deposited outside on the sidewalk in front of 535 Eight Avenue -- not for anything you have done wrong, but because of Indelible's "modular", "replaceable" and "disposable" approach towards its employees. Stay away from Indelible, and warn your friends!!! The only time I would ever consider working for Indelible is if you treat the job in your mind as a short-term contract job, that can be terminated at the drop of a key for any reason. Don't get comfortable there, not for a moment -- then you might survive and enjoy the supposed "coolness" of the place. If you are looking for steady work and an advancement in career, then run, fast, from this place.
