      Lots of promises but in the end nothing there

      Pros

      If your lucky that means are to the liking of every single individual you will be able to grow fast.

      Cons

      Existing management afraid of younger people on the rise. They can't cope with the fact that the new generation might be better in what they are doing. They will invent some story or update your conditions in such a way that you are forced to leave.
